Working Principle
A vacuum pump, installed at the endpoint of the conveying system, draws air from the system, creating a negative pressure airflow within the pipeline, which is lower than atmospheric pressure. The material, along with air, is drawn into the pipeline from the starting point nozzle. As the airflow moves toward the endpoint separator, the material particles are separated from the airflow under the influence of gravity or centrifugal force. After the gas is filtered, it is discharged into the atmosphere through a centrifugal fan or vacuum pump.
System Features
This system uses a Roots vacuum pump as the air source and is a continuous suction conveying system. The system is characterized by its ability to concentrate the material transport from multiple locations to a single point, low conveying pressure, reliable operation, and simple equipment. Since the system operates at a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure, the conveyed material will not overflow from the system. Additionally, due to the suction nozzle, dust dispersion at the material pickup point is avoided, resulting in high production efficiency.
