Power plant medium and high voltage fly ash conveying system
The flue gas generated by the boiler combustion is filtered and dusted by the electrostatic precipitator, producing coarse fly ash and fine fly ash. The ash is discharged from the electrostatic hopper into silo pumps, and under the action of high-pressure gas, it is conveyed to the coarse ash and fine ash storage bins.
This system uses high-pressure dense-phase conveying for fly ash. It features a simple structure, low energy consumption, easy maintenance and management, and can be automated for control.
