Negative pressure ash removal system in power plants

The flue gas generated by the boiler combustion is filtered by the electrostatic precipitator to produce raw fly ash. The raw ash enters the ash conveying pipeline through the discharge valve. Under the action of the Roots vacuum pump, it passes through a two-stage separator, where it is separated into coarse ash and fine ash, and then falls into the raw ash storage bin. The fly ash in the raw ash storage bin can be directly loaded into trucks by the unloader or further separated into graded ash using a sorting machine.
